Marbella and Malaga

Had a great day in Marbella. Tried to get there by bus through Fuengirola, but the buses were all packed. So after waiting for over a half hour we decided to take a taxi to Fuengirola and then catch a bus from there. We had met a friendly Irish couple, Tina and Paul, at the bus stop and decided to split the cost of the taxi. When we got to Fuengirola it was the same problem, so we hopped in another taxi and got to Marbella well ahead of the bus.
Marbella is the St. Tropez of Spain, a little more posh then Benalmadena. We spent a lot of time wandering through the old historical section of the town, grabbing some tapas and wine on the way.

We got off to a slow start today as I've come down with some flu-like chills. So later in the day we bussed to Malaga and we were quite impressed the old section of this city, as well.

Hopefully this is just a 24 hour kind of illness and will be back to our usual ways. We have a bus trip booked to Gibralter on Friday

Take care.
