For our second beach day we went further along from Pirate's Bay Beach and stopped in atBlue Bay Beach. This is a beach included in the Blue Bay Resort which also has a golf course....$249 a night but you can do the beach for 15 guilders! We had to go through a guarded gate and register my driver's license and car's license. They obviously don't want you hanging around more than necessary.
We got down to the beach and is your typical Caribbean beach, the one you see in postcards. We had a great time and we were able to get a palapa about halfway through our day. Mary is trying to have every drink that has Blue Curaçao in it. Yesterday she had a Dutch Flag and today she had a Blue Hawaiian. Between her two beach days she has also made a good haul on shells and beach glass. We finished our day with a late lunch at the beach restaurant then drove back to our place in time to catch the sunset. Tomorrow will start off with laundry and the rest of the day will be determined by the weather.

It doesn't look too crowded and the beach looks beautiful. Did you swim?
